At Finca Valmonte, we offer both domestic (Costa Rica) and international shipping for roasted coffee products and green coffee samples.
Shipping methods, delivery times, and costs may vary depending on the destination and order volume.

2. Order Processing Time

Once an order is received, Finca Valmonte requires 1–3 business days to prepare and process the order.

3. Domestic Shipping (Costa Rica)
All orders of roasted coffee (whole bean or ground) within Costa Rica are shipped through Correos de Costa Rica.
Green coffee samples within Costa Rica are also shipped via Correos de Costa Rica.

Estimated delivery time:
3–5 business days after shipment

4. International Shipping
All international orders of roasted coffee (whole bean or ground) are shipped via DHL.
Green coffee samples for international buyers are also shipped through DHL.

Estimated delivery time:
3–7 business days after shipment (depending on destination and customs processes)

5. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs vary depending on the destination and order volume. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout or confirmed prior to shipment.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International shipments may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.

Finca Valmonte is not responsible for any additional costs incurred during the import process.

7. Shipping Responsibility
Once an order has been shipped, Finca Valmonte is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance processes.

8. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Finca Valmonte is not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
