We offer roasted coffee products for national and international sale, as well as green coffee for B2B transactions. All product descriptions are provided as accurately as possible but may vary due to the natural characteristics of coffee.

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of payment. Payments are processed securely through third-party providers.

4. Pricing

Prices are subject to change without prior notice. International orders may be subject to additional taxes, duties, or import regulations depending on the destination country.

5. Shipping

We offer both domestic and international shipping. Delivery times may vary depending on location. Finca Valmonte is not responsible for delays caused by customs or external logistics providers.

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of coffee, all sales are final. However, if there is an issue with your order (damage, incorrect item), please contact us within a reasonable time to resolve the issue.

7. B2B Transactions

Wholesale or green coffee transactions are subject to separate agreements between Finca Valmonte and the buyer.

Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information. Finca Valmonte reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations in case of unforeseen circumstances.

Occupancy

Each cabin accommodates a maximum of 3 guests.

Pets Policy

Pets are allowed at the guest’s own risk. Please note that the property is not fully enclosed, and there are other animals on the farm, including dogs, cats, and ducks.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 7 days or more prior to the check-in date are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the check-in date are non-refundable.

Guests are expected to respect the property, facilities, and surrounding environment during their stay.
